Welcome to made2cleanma. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Service
made2cleanma provides residential cleaning services based on the package selected (Standard, Deep Clean, or Move-in/Move-out).

Deliverables: We follow a standardized checklist for each service level.

Exclusions: For safety reasons, our cleaners do not move heavy furniture (over 25 lbs), clean biohazards (mold, blood, animal waste), or reach heights exceeding a two-step stool.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
We value our cleaners' time and your schedule.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of $[Amount] or [X]% of the service total.
3. Access to Property
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the cleaning team has access to the home at the scheduled time.

Entry Methods: You may provide a key, a door code, or be present to let the team in.

Lock-out Fee: If our team cannot access the property within 20 minutes of arrival, a lock-out fee of $[Amount] will apply.
4. Payments

Payment is due on the day of service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
At made2cleanma, we strive for excellence.

If you are not satisfied with a specific area of your clean, please notify us within 24 hours.

We will send a team back to reclean the area at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds.
6. Damage and Liability
While we treat your home with the utmost care, accidents can happen.

Reporting: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

Liability: made2cleanma is insured and bonded. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation of items (e.g., loose shelving) or wear and tear of aged surfaces.
7. Safety and Pets

For the safety of our staff, please ensure pets are secured or behaved during the cleaning.
